We have a proven international in-house research and development (R&D) capability, with our primary facility in France and a facility in Vietnam.
We have a dedicated team of 50 highly experienced engineers specialising in software development, 3D technology, ID photo security standards, as well as unit design and upgrades.
Our R&D facility in France plays a key role in the identification of new market opportunities and new product industrialisation, undertaking pilot product testing prior to large-scale production in Eastern Europe and China.
Over our long history, we have developed an enormous range of automated vending solutions, which started with photo ID via photobooths and now also includes automated laundry services, digital printing kiosks and foodservice vending equipment.
Today, our key areas of investment are focused on:
New product development to a state-of-the-art user experience, backed by the latest technology
Developing an omnichannel approach and leveraging digital functionalities, to enhance our brands and leverage new business models
