Photobooth business of FUJIFILM
The acquisition of the photobooth business of FUJIFILM Corporation, by our Japanese subsidiary ME Group Japan K.K., positioned us as the market leader in the country adding a further 3,548 photobooths to existing operations.

Sempa
Operating in more than 60 countries in the world, Sempa is the leader in professional fresh-juice, self-service machines for food retailers, cafes, bars and hotels. The acquisition of Sempa marked the entry of the Group to the foodservice sector.

Plaza Create
Plaza Create Co Ltd was the fourth biggest player in the photo booths market in Japan. This acquisition significantly elevated our market position in Japan and took the total number of photobooths in the region to around 10,000.

Resto’Clock
(France) – Created in 1995, Resto’Clock (SGER), is the pioneer in the manufacture of automatic pizza distribution solutions for the French market. Resto’Clock remains the third largest player in the pizza vending market today.

Power Pod
Power Pod vending kiosks are positioned in convenient locations such as travel hubs, shopping malls and hospitality venues, offering essential mobile accessories such as power banks, cables and earphones at the places and times we need them most. This acquisition enables ME Group to quickly deploy its photo, laundry and food activities in Australia in locations where Power Pod is located already.

VIP Box
Since 2010, VIP BOX, recognized for its professional know-how and high-tech design, has been one of the key players in the rental of photo and video selfie stations for all types of events.
Acquired in 2022

APS ![]()
The acquisition of APS, a photobooth manufacturer and operator in Belgium, added an additional 116 photobooths to the Group’s portfolio and further expanded its presence in the region.
Acquired in 2025
M&A remains a key part of the Group’s long term growth strategy and will enable ME Group to continue building its presence in new and existing markets.
